Withdrawals on Short and Long Programmes

The report identifies learners who withdrew near to the start of the funding qualifying period. Specifically, it includes learners who meet the following criteria:

• The difference between the main aim start date and planned end date is between 2 and 24 weeks and the learner has an actual end date between 7 and 28 days after the start date.

  or

• The difference between the main aim start date and planned end date is greater than 24 weeks and the learner has an actual end date between 35 and 56 days after the start date.
